Q&A: Isn’t it annoying that people highly overcomplicate weight loss?

Question by Politically Incorrect: Isn’t it annoying that people highly overcomplicate weight loss?
It’s simple. Exercise, run a caloric deficit, and lose ~2 pounds a week.

I find it annoying when fat people complain about how hard it is and then try to complicate weight loss with things like weight loss pills, fat burning belts, etc.

It’s simple. Get off your arzz and stop eating garbage!

Now, I realize that maybe 2% of people have legitimate problems (such as a disability that makes weight loss very difficult). But for the vast majority of people, weight loss is simple!

Actually it is. That’s pretty much it. I’m tired of people talking about all these exercises, and wondering why these way out there ideas aren’t working. Just run, fatty, run and eat right. It’s not hard.

I get that metabolism is different from person to person, but in the vast majority of cases it’s just a little more difficult. It’s not debilitating like the people with thyroid problems.

I think the biggest problem, other than people giving up junk food, are the people who refuse to do high intensity cardio training. Always with the elliptical, or stairs, or walking on the treadmill. Get some sprints in, some interval training in, and some long distance RUNS. Make your lungs and throat hurt you lazy bums.

  3. defenitly, i answer soooo many peoples questions that say, PLEASE ANSWER NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT FAST!!! its so stupid because there is no question about it, just eat rite, work hard and sweat buckets, and your fat will fall off like a leaf on a tree. but i agree with you, it really pisses me off.
